My first round of exams over here was incredibly stressful. I broke down and cried a few times. I was so afraid of failing. Flee helped by picking up some of the slack, and by also insisting to me that the world was not ending just because the house was not in perfect order. You should definitely set some boundaries with your family. If that doesn't work, is there any place else that you can study?

I usually just said "fuck convenience" and went to a library/lab to study.  The boost in productivity was pretty big.
