Apparently it's been made canon that Rex survives and they retconned some extra from RotJ to be his character (bearded dude):

And we know Hera is alive in Rogue One. But I really can't see how Kanan or Ezra will make it seeing as they (or any other jedi) aren't mentioned in any new canon.
