So I was sitting out on my porch about 2 hours ago and a baby squirrel just walked up to me and crawled all over me. It couldn't be more than 6-8 weeks old. I fed it some snacks and looked around for it's mother. After waiting around no mother showed, which was weird because squirrel moms are defensive as fuck. There were a couple other baby squirrels running around too. All I can assume is that the nest got destroyed and something happened to the mother.

The squirrel is now in a large wool sock with some nuts and water. I think I might keep him, as I've raised squirrels before. However, I could also let him loose and possibly let the stray cats get to him. I also have a cat that came out to say "Hi" when it came up to me and they got along well.

What should I do Flood?
