I believe the premise is to have fun and share experiences, because that somehow makes it better... Or something like that.

I understand hanging out with people that have interesting ideas and such to discuss, but I'm talking about teenage things like picnics where you talk about boring stuff.

And this isn't some "I don't need it" thing, it's a "I did it but didn't feel anything" kind of thing.

I really don't get it. Like, my mom forces me out for whatever reason, saying I need to get out and have fun, even though my friends live 40 minutes away. But I like staying home and cleaning and taking care of the house.

I would if I had one. But if I'm moving around a lot, I just wear a shirt and my underwear cuz my shorts fall off.

Oh, in that case, I don't understand it either. I'd rather be bored at home than participate in arbitrary social gatherings. There's a lesser chance I'll try to eat someone out of boredom.
