If you ban him, he kills himself and you are to blame. And if you don't ban him, then he keeps on making the forum into a shitfest.

If he's absolutely serious I'd have the local authorities for his area take him in for an evaluation/hospital treatment <.<

That way he isn't able to shitspam, but he's not banned. He also gets the treatment he'd clearly need and then everyone is a winner.
