My friend needs a job and he wanted me to drive him to the Marina today to speak with a fishing boat's captain about working on his boat. We'd go out to sea for an entire week, fish, then come back and sell the fish to local restaurants.

Lots of money, but an entire week out of a month is on a boat. One week a month.
I can't do it now because school, but perhaps in the summer. Think "Deadliest Catch", but no Bering Sea.
Work almost all the time.

Thoughts?

But you will never catch me out on the ocean. Lakes? K. Puddles? Sure thing. Swimming in the ditch after winter runoff? You bet.

But ocean? Fuck that shit. 1 week a month isn't bad for a job. But fuck anything involving ocean travel.
