So I have no idea what's wrong with my body right now

I just came home from class and sat down at my computer when I started to feel a very strong itch on my lower back. I decided to scratch a few times until I realized that the itching started to become more intense and I began feeling something on my back. I'm sharing this picture in hopes that someone here would know what I can do about this, because I've never had this happen to me before.

That's what it looks like but these marks are indented into my skin and are red as fuck, a couple scratches would not have caused this

I don't have any allergies that I know of, which scares me because if I'm allergic to something that I encounter every day then I'm fucked, because I have no idea what would be causing this

I'd say allergies, I got them from something I didn't even know about, so its possible.

Go to the doctor if it gets worse.
