It was good, I mean I enjoyed it but there were some headscratchers

Why did the ninjas dig a giant hole in the ground?

So was Clancy Brown the Blacksmith? Why did he turn on Frank?

Were the ninjas keeping that jar thing just to bring Elektra back in case they kill her?

Why did Nobu keep coming back?

It was good, but the mystical ninja stuff got a bit weird and muddled for me. I'm guessing it'll be explained in future...

Not sure. If he was then it would be because Frank found out it he was the blacksmith, so it was his fault Frank's family died, so Frank went to kill him.

I believe it brings people back to life, so they used it to keep other peope alive, like Nobu, and they'll use it to bring Elektra back to life.

I'm assuming Frank was offered the same deal as the other soldier and turned it down.

The jar was probably for nobu but Elektra obviously takes precedence.

Nobu was probably being resurrected by the jar, that's probably one of the powers the clan holds along with long life etc.

I have no idea what the hole was for, and the whole season felt a bit sloppy. Hopefully next season they'll answer some questions without raising others.

I think they used it on a bunch of the ninjas as well. In the hospital when they inspect one of them it shows that they've already been cut open as if they had died.Daredevil can't hear they're heart beats, which implies they've got no heart. The only way they could do that is if they were immortal, so they must have used the jar.

Probably something that has to be 'unlocked'. Maybe Elektra has to be willing? That wasn't really explained which is silly because that's basically Elektra's plot.

Because it was there before there was NY. Maybe? The Hand is meant to be an old organisation, which implies the immortality jar is old as well, so it just happened to get buried underneath where NY would eventually be.
