So I've been drinking copious amounts of tea the past few days

Mainly green tea but also some black tea with milk and chai.

Like 6-8 cups a day. There are no harmful effects right? Right?

It's flavoured. I just prefer it over regular water when I'm not exercising.

I think you should be fine, caffeine wise that's only bordering on a few cups of coffee IIRC
