my jobs mainly consists of listening to a headset and pulling whatever items it tells me out the warehouse and out to a collection counter. well this is what I did, I bought out a duck feather pillow and a regular feather duvet, as the headset asked. however this wasn't enough for your highness, she wanted a duck feather duvet too so I told her if she had any enquiries regarding the item whether that be an exchange for something else or a refund she has to go to customer services, there's literally nothing I can do at the collection point there are no tills or computers for me to put that transaction through it's just a bunch of metal shelves and a wood counter.

dumb bitch. So I tell her she needs to go to customer services and she says I'm rude. She took the duvet anyway because she wasn't bothered to wait in a queue
