Aren't pet fish fo 2nd graders?
Oscars are pretty cool pets, really aggressive though...but i've seen a video of someone hand-feeding one so I guess you can train them :s

I had a black ghost fish for a while. I only had it because the damned thing ate whatever I dropped in the tank.
I had a few when I was a lot younger...We went out one day and our cat somehow managed to kill them all.
