keep in mind i've never owned a credit card nor bought a car

I've never bought a car either, and I always had the money in my checking account to pay for anything I needed, so when I went to get one of those cool credit cards with super awesome benefits, I got turned down instantly because I had no credit history.

So at the end of last year I had to get one of those secured cards and just pay the internet bill with it every month as early as possible so I could get that credit score up. The thing only has a limit of $200, lol.
