So...do something about it, Comms. I surf B.lind and PM people about this place when I see them complaining about Bungie's site, but it's really up to you guys how well this place does.

I agree completely. Harmony and "respectable discussion" is boring. Cheat should just make the anarchy forum. People who don't like it don't have to go there. It's a win-win situation. I don't know why everyone is so against the idea.
