no jk my diet is immaculate Right when I wake up I have a fruit smoothie with variety of frozen fruit but usually with Cup of pineappleCup of blueberries Banana 2 scoops chocolate protein Then for my meal an hour later I have -1&1/2 cup (measured dry) of oats with cinnamon and brown sugar -1&1/4 cup liquid egg whites and 3 whole eggs, scrambled. Ketchup on top Greek yogurt Then for lunch usually 1 or 2 cans of tuna with an avocado smashed up in a bowl and some sort of carb or maybe broccoli Then I have mango with black coffee Then i liftThen I have a cup of rice (measured dry) and 14oz chicken breast or 1lb of ground turkey or ground beef (lean) Then before bed cottage cheese and maybe some peanut butter

You're getting paid to lift things and put them back down instead of paying to lift things and then putting them back down. Why not try to build muscle through your work lifting in different ways, and holding the weight in different ways as to work different muscles?Why is your diet so bad? You're supposed to eat right so that you have the energy to lift, and you lift. I'm not saying you're gonna look a lot better, but you have the potential to build muscle.
I had a coffee coolatta today, feel kinda bloated. The only reason I got one was because mother wanted one. She always has me go get junk food
