You misunderstand me fam, the start of the bullying was in a thread where he said something along the lines of not wanting to be associated with being a Furry anymore, when there was little to no insults happening in the first place. As someone old enough to join the Military, he is capable of understanding Social cues well enough to realise that he alone first brought attention to his old posting habits.

You also misunderstood that I feel the perpetrators should've stopped when XSEAN told them to, as it clearly made him uncomfortable and he seems like a nice enough guy in Private Messages.
