What would the context be for someone to use a photo of a kid with his nose in a cactus in a presentation?

Probably something related like a new trend with kids these days to get high from sniffing and getting pricked by cactuses while they've rubber banded parts of their face to the colour purple.

I read once that people just get paid to make any stock photos or something, so they have fun with it, because it doesn't matter if no one uses them.
