I have to go to state run liquor stores to buy hard shit and wine (unless I'm visiting the winery or their outlet directly, of which there are over 200 independent vineyards in the state) and if I want beer I have to either either buy a 24 or 32 pack at a beer distributor (a special store that just sells whole cases of beer) or grab a sixer from a pizza shop that has a license for ten bucks...

The laws are starting to change and loosen up, though, a few retailers have beer and wine licenses now, but for it to ever be as widespread as other states where I can buy beer with my  AR-15 at every Walmart it'll take quite some years.
