Serious topic

I know that I rarely am serious, but in this I am totally.

Mrs Charlie still isn't helping with Nicholas, and she criticizes me or our nanny every chance she gets. I have all but quit my job so I can be the best daddy I can be. Her mom is in town, and she has stepped up her game, and is portraying herself as being cut out of being a mommy by saying the nanny and I second guess her at every turn.

She would have to step up and try for me to second guess.

I'm at wits end. I am tired, and frustrated that I've given up on ever starting my own business for being a full time daddy.

Nicholas' birth mother contacted us, she got knocked up again (her 9th) and asked us if we wanted to adopt this one too. We said yes, and Alexander is due mid-October. I don't know how I am to be raising two all on my own. I know single parents do it all the time, but one is already do hard.

I don't know how to get her off the bench and in the game. I am afraid that I'll snap and just end the relationship. I love her, and I don't want to. But the situation is deteriorating.

I don't know how much help you guys will be, and I know I've opened myself up to trolling. I really just needed to vent. Thanks for listening.

I also probably have no business commenting on your choices, but if the two of you are having a hard time with just one child it probably wasn't the best idea to agree to adopting a second.

I have. It leads to a fight over "me making her feel guilty" every time.

And the reason that I agreed to the adoption with those very misgivings is that Alexander will be his full biological sibling. It would be unfair to Nicholas to deny him that. While Mrs Charlie are seemingly on our way to a broken home, Nicholas doesn't have to be alone.
