we all know focnr, our now inactive former web designer

well upon further research, focnr also had an account on b.net under the same name, and the first post in his history was the thread

deci, as we all know, is also somewhat of a web designer himself; the fact that he posted in this specific thread so long ago should give you some hints right away

furthermore, focnr ceased posting in november, 2014, around the same time deci became integrated into the community

lastly, focnr and deci both joined b.net in november 2008, and a mere four days apart

so how does this all come together? well, i'd say this is all conclusive evidence that focnr was really just an alter-ego, a fabrication, of deci this whole time
