We could have somebody pitched shifted and slowed down, repeating things like, "it's because of your botched lobotomy," or "you've gone incoherent," or "put that mirror down, Methew."

It's such a mash of things, I have trouble figuring out what it's meant to represent

A genre of electronic music composed of a heterogenous mixture of generic music samples from the 90's, oftentimes pitched shifted and slowed down.

To further invoke feelings of the 90s, album art is oftentimes a mishmash of neon to cream colored low-quality CG graphics, often depicting classical architecture or statues.

Oh, I also forgot to mention that the titles are often spaced out like t h i s and converted poorly-translated Japanese.
