How often do you perform computer maintenance?

Microsoft Security Essentials

Every 2 weeks I perform a virus scan,malware scan and defrag.

i use avast's boot-time scan to look for .exe's before they run

although all it finds are the viruses and PUPs that i actually use for my own benefit
