If DEF (I'm just using attack and defence points here) is half (or less )than an incoming ATK,  user can negate said ATK.

Or something along those lines, because I tend not to get into heat arguments

TBH I have no experience outside of actually playing them, I'm just sort or planning it as I go along and putting people's ideas on their cards. I guess we'll find out if it works when it comes to actually playing it.

Just for reference how powered up are the mods and architects over normal members?
It seems normal members ARG and RT add up to 100. So I assume mods and Architects are powered above that
