I left it as more of an implication, when your RT reaches 0 you literally explode and kill the player and lose.

While this card is in play all stats of Canadian cards are boosted by (you choose the amount.) Additionally if Korra or Han cards are in play (user's team) they each are powered up by 50%

When this card is played, an opponent's card of your choice's ARG is raised by 20, but their RT is halved. The ARG of any other Canadian card on your own team is raised by 10, with no RT loss.
