Space Engine is another really cool one to try. Except you can explore the entire observable universe. Anything we haven't discovered is generated procedurally. I'd sometimes play that for hours.

We always say to fight fire, you must use fire. This is wrong. Fighting fire with fire will leave scars and a new flame will rise. We must instead use water.
