My oneitus really put a shift in how I am. I take care of my body more, I go to work with a more optimistic outlook, and I actually crack down on my hobbies which I've been procrastinating as of late.

I'll be frank and tell you how it is. When I'm mentally rested, when I feel no fatigue, that is when I am able to take charge. When I take charge I become my own ideal person, and I do all the things I want to do, and I enjoy doing them. This is however something that rarely happens, and I'm not so sure why that is. I felt this way on Sunday, then it transferred acceptably to Monday, but then after working out I felt too exhausted to think, and from then on I've not been able to feel the way I felt.

But when I felt that way? There wasn't a need for motivation, because I was truly enjoying life, and I wanted to learn more about everything. I was like a child that had access to the internet. I ate an apple, then wondered about the health benefits of apples, so I googled it. Apples lead me to Boron and malic acids, and boron lead me to read about arthritis due to its skeletal benefits.

I primarily self-motivate, but the self I motivate myself with is the person I could potentially be. Lately r/cooking has been oddly inspiring beyond culinary endeavors. I also have inspiration from hiking recently. This summer is going to involve a lot of backpacking.
