Bungie.old died 10 years ago.  It's time to stop thinking of ourselves as Bungie.old and think of ourselves as Bungie.new instead.

I really hope Cheat keeps this website active for as long as she can! So many memories here. Even if it's dead, we can always revive it lol. Once I get into a position where I don't have to work - and I can just chill on the computer all day again -  then I will make this place famous just you wait.

Honestly I kind of wish Cheat would just pull the plug. The idea of a meta community like this is nice but even back when it was “active” it feels way too small and isolating of a community.

Maybe it’s just because I’m so used to 4chan levels of traffic and my ADHD brain can’t handle the snail pace but isn’t the whole point of the internet constant and fast information?

For example, this http://www.9000.org/ has been up since 1995 and hasn't been touched since 2007. I hope it never dies.

Besides, if you constant streams of consciousness, there's Discord. I think the officially unofficial one that got created for here still exists, and there's plenty of other splinter-groups. I'm sure there's even a few other offsite website forums banging around (not the Tankie one though, that one is a borderline cult).

Sure, someone could even make a Mastodon instance like '@whoever.sep7agon' and get the server blacklisted from the global list when 2ndClass posts military secrets which is the fashion nowadays.
