Returning Opened Items to Amazon

Is there any stipulation when returning a used item to Amazon?

I don't think they would allow you to return a used dildo.

Depends on the seller. I once bought a VGA to RCA cable in hopes that it would work. It didn't. It was cheap and didn't work at all. The thing felt more like a prop than a real device.

I ended up getting my money back from the seller and they told me that they can keep it. I threw away the thing because it was garbage.
