I guess I did before. But it's loud enough to keep me awake, and it's really close (on the lawn outside the house).

I've given up on that and decided to just stay up.

just walk over there, introduce yourself, and politely ask them to keep the noise down because it's keeping you awake. not being a dick to your neighbors will help you out in the long run.
