What if the tree of knowledge only had to do with nakedness?

Like, what if when Eve bit the fruit, she saw an image of herself "covered", and thought that it made more sense than being naked, a term that had no meaning because no one had been clothed yet. God only knew she and Adam bit the fruit because they weren't completely exposed. Obviously they had free will before they ate the fruit because otherwise they wouldn't have been able to disobey God's command.
