Calm your tits, people. Some of you may know that recently, some user posted a thread with a naked child posing in it that would be considered borderline if not real CP. An immediate shitstorm ensued. From what I gather, there was no penetration of any kind, no genital exhibitionism, no sexual suggestiveness. Just a naked kid siting there doing nothing for the camera. While it is still fucked up, it is no where near as fucked up as it could have been. CP only becomes CP when the genitals are the main drawing point of the image or their is sexual suggestiveness involved and only if the image is meant for the sexual gratification of those who would view it. A naked child alone isn't cause for so much worry. Now keep in mind, I'm not a lawyer, so don't quote me on this, but understand that it wasn't as bad as it could have been and surely isn't the first thing that pops into people's heads when they hear the term, "CP". So calm your tits. It was probably some image that is several years old from one of those "Artistic" child modeling magazines that were a thing before they were outlawed. At least it wasn't hardcore CP. Now all we have to worry about is someone reporting this site because of the incident and the site getting taken down. I don't think anyone wants that. In fact, I think there should be a contingency instructional thread explaining in detail what we should do id this site does get taken down. One that helps us and tells us where to go in the mean time before we either get the site back up or a new one pops up. Anyway, those were my two cents on the matter. Take it as you will.
