I'm pretty sure the voting was just for the first wave. Second round we were able to make suggestions, but final say was the then current staff.

Community made suggestions on the third round, and that's where Yutaka and I came from.

Ryle was the admin of his own secret board, he was a mod on the original Proboards offsites. The only admins on those two sites were True Velox, Kiyo, and I.
