sex offender registration?srsly, what registration are you talking about? What is it for?
Even if I still had my old truck, that would have been 400 to renew.
So should I not move to California?
And that's annually? What the fuck?
Do you plan on getting a green card? Seriously though, if you can find a decent job to pay for it, then by all means. LA sucks though, just a warning. it's a dirty, nasty city. Good luck though, maybe after you get established and then citizenship you can move to a not shitty state. I lived very well in Utah, and I could have, if I really wanted to, bought a house making 12 dollars an hour.

Seems like it's a bit nicer than LA, plus the job market is better than what's here in this shithole

you're being informed that autonomy in mobility is a vast advantage in all walks of life
truthfully in the age of uber, why does anyone really need to drive around? my insurance is 500$ a month (which is about 1.5 times more than what the average person pays in my city, granted), but for that kind of money I could just uber around where i needed to for the month.

there's no mental gymnastics you can do to get out of it

Were you in a lot of accidents?
