How do we know for sure that Verbatim is not Bayformers Optimus Prime?

-His disdain for human life
-His obsession with cutting off faces
-His distinct hatred of Japan (Probably for not dubbing the rest of Generation 1 and leaving him to the hands of Bay)
-His sexy voice

Think about it, have you ever seen Verbatim and Optimus Prime in the same room? Even if you did, what evidence do you have that he's not just a hologram?
