The price went up to a whooping 620 dollars! From 400 Dollars (wanting a normal computer that'd run most games) to 600 dollars (due to suggestions or something).

most store-bought games come with a steam code anyway. i dunno, i don't buy them anymore, i just have an external one lying around just in case.

Alright, fine. Here's the truth. I don't have a bank card, so it's more convenient for me to buy stuff IRL due to cash exchange.

I have to ask an adult for their card when buying stuff online, and I rarely do. I know I should get a bank card, but I'm meh about it.

A 2GB 960 is an incredibly underpowered card. You're not going to get much out of that.

I'd go with a 4GB R9 290 for about $50 more.
