I still don't see any point or appeal in smoking.  Like breathing smoke into my body..that seems like a swell idea.
that's the thing, like

what fucking GOOD does it do for you?!...

If smoking did anything good for anyone else, then sure, it would be rational (and noble) not to care about the health issues.

...But it obviously doesn't.
So... It's obviously one of the dumbest things you could ever do.

But not because it's an "unnecessary hassle to everyday life", or because it hurts your fucking wallet.
that's just garbage

it's so frustrating when people do the smart thing for STUPID reasons
or the right thing for wrong reasons

really, truthfully, the only correct response is, ''i would never smoke, ever, because smoking is fucking stupid"
there is no reason anyone should ever have any desire to smoke--period
that's why i just smoke weed instead :^)
smoking anything is bad for you
well yeah obviously, but there's no solid evidence that moderately smoking weed causes significant damage to your lungs. there's actually a study that compared cigarette and weed smokers over a period of 20 years or so and there was no evidence of decreased lung functionality in the weed smokers, while the cigarette smokers' had noticeable adverse affects (obviously). http://www.ucsf.edu/news/2012/01/11282/marijuana-shown-be-less-damaging-lungs-tobacco

of course, if you're a heavy weed smoker (by heavy i mean more than once a day), your lungs are going to pay. but vaping takes out that risk completely.
well yeah
i know it's safer, but smoking anything isn't good for you no matter what

This is not the greatest sig in the world, no. This is just a tribute.

They say that putting it in "edibles" (like brownies) is the safest method.

In what way would it be safer than vaporizing it?
drawing vapor into your lungs may not be the best idea for some people with respiratory issues.

drawing vapor into your lungs may not be the best idea for some people with respiratory issues.
Except for the fact that the most common and effective method of medication delivery for respiratory conditions are inhalers, vapor and mists.   The non-therapeutic and medically inert ingredients in those delivery systems (PG aka Polypropylene Glycol and/or VG aka Vegetable Glycerin) are the same as the primary components in vaping (where nicotine is the drug being delivered) and those inert compounds are government reviewed and considered GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) for human consumption and ingestion.   In other words, there's little difference between a COPD or Asthma patient inhaling vapor in order to get their dose of Atrovent or Ventolin and a vaper inhaling vapor in order to get their self-regulated dose of nicotine.

People who say "it's just water vapor" are not telling the truth.  It is not.   But it IS the same "stuff" that is used in  healthcare and well as stage and theatrical "fog machines" where that fog has been inhaled by performers and audiences in incredible amounts for years with no known health issues.
