If you happen to continue working for a while, try practicing good posture while you're working. I assume most of the work load is from using a net on a pole to scoop debris and stuff, so it'll feel awkward and unbalanced at first, but try keeping your back straight, core locked, and try to transfer most of the weight through your heels.

No right to complain about pay if the job requires zero qualifications. As long as it meets your national/age minimum. If you want a higher wage get educated and find a better job. That's how the real world works, don't be entitled.

Unless you're doing like a 3 hour shift, then you need to challenge your employer. You're entitled to a break if you work more than 4 consecutive hours.

You should really have another job lined up or better yet have been offered a position before you consider leaving your current place of work.

Hey if you live in Canada try getting a job in the oil patch. Life is hard but pay is good. Like really good. Or even learn how to be an operator. You will make way more than I do and I am a Project Engineer.

I am have a Automotive service technician Diploma from my city College.  I was in pool construction that require some form of construction certification. I know the world doesn't ow me shit.

I was working 9 hours days with no lunch break or pee breaks
