but only because it's part of my childhood, so it's not like that's a great reason or anything

but for others, uhhhhhh

I've watched Ninja Scroll, Fist of the North Star, Vampire Hunter D and most of Robotech.

It just got oldand strange

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.
Ghibli movies dont count as anime :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD

As of recent I've watched more than I have in preceding years, and I'll say...

especially when i've only seen my neighbor totoro, spirited away, and something else--and i can't remember a single thing about any of them, except that i vaguely remember them being entertaining

if i watched them now i'd probably think they'd suck

I went through an anime period over the course of like six months two years ago, and I loved it. Really, I did. I'm actually pretty nostalgic about it, because I can honestly say it was a very happy time of my life. But I just grew out of it, unfortunately.
