Batman Vs Superman for me was okay. Nothing special but definitely not horrible. Below Age of Ultron in terms of quality.
However it is better than most of those, i'd say BvS = Iron Man 3

Speaking of Iron Man, I've always wondered why Tony never made armor for the rest of the team, or at least Cap, Hawkeye, and Widow. Kind of unfair that he gets an energy-shielded titanium suit while the others have to make due with leather and kevlar (and a relatively small indestructible disk, I suppose).
