Honestly, I feel like Chelsea are gonna win it again. I don't see any other club making signings that standout. Man Utd making lots of moves but I think they can only really hope to qualify for the CL again, maybe in the the 3rd spot. Newly promoted will go out as usual. I also expect all English clubs to get knocked out of the CL in the second round again *le smirk face*
