Really though. The only thing that really sticks with me was said to me earlier this year. An older guy, somewhere in his 80's. I worked for him for a while. Before the job ended and I went off elsewhere, he made a point to tell me that in all the years he's worked I was the best person he'd ever worked with.

It wasn't because I was physically capable, but it was because I was always two steps ahead. If he needed a tool I already had it for him before he even asked and if he needed something moved I was already there. I'd give him ideas on how to do something differently to solve a problem and I never got into arguments of any kind over which way we were going to do things.

That one's more long lasting than any other comment I've gotten from people either in person or on internet related stuff. It's got a lot of weight to it.
