I summarized my life with Pokémon attacks.
Each level represents one year of my life.

You try. You don't have to be super literal--have fun, be creative. Mix your offline and online personas if you have to, or make separate ones for both. Personally, I focused almost entirely on my offline persona--it's hard to judge the year in which I began using the Internet extensively.

And feel free to skip years if you don't think anything substantial happened, or at least, nothing that can be described with an attack. You can have two attacks in one level, too. No more than that, though. You can also, like, learn the same attack again--Smeargle does that. But I wouldn't recommend doing that.
