Hmm I know there are a couple of times on here, I can't really remember which though.

One or two on B.net a while back as well, the most notable was one rather unpleasant clusterfuck of a thread to do with Transgenderism. My textbooks from school were somewhat outdated in regards to that issue <.<

If someone points something out or makes a sound argument against my point, then I don't have much trouble accepting that. However said sound argument is of course subject to personal interpretation (which is how arguments tend to arise, both people think they are being reasonable etc) so really it depends a little on what has been said and the like.

I don't remember the last time I was in such an argument.
However I don't think I have that much of a problem admitting I'm wrong when I am.

My stupid sense of pride does get in the way of a lot of things, but I'd like to think I'm rational enough to be reasonable.

The latest person I can think of that did it was Plotmaster, to which I respect.

But I like to be proven wrong, it's just that I'm usually not. The last time I can think of was a few months ago in Serious. I posted a picture of a graph that demonstrated the scientific advancements we've made over the last few thousand years. There was a huge chunk missing from the dark ages, to which the picture commented "we could be exploring the stars were it not for Christianity!"

I was shown that it came from a biased atheist site and was handily shown my error, to which I recanted my statement with an edit.

I don't even get serious enough for legitimate arguments, I usually just don't bother to try. Though in the instance I do, then yea, I don't mind admitting I'm wrong.

I wouldn't ever apologize for being wrong because for starters that's not something to apologize about. It is, however something to apologize about if a big fuss was made. At which point, I would.

But if I'm shown something that makes a shade of sense against whatever it is I'm discussing then generally I'll say it.
