Petition to limit freedom of speech on this site

The idea is to limit names like Val' Ozghur, and Chaos Metal Dragon Flame Ultralord for users who are above the age of 15. Kids that are 13-15 don't know any better, so they should be allowed a pass, but if you're above 15 and your name is something an 11 year old would choose, then you need to change it.

I feel as though this would improve the quality of this site, even though most users on here are weird and/or retarded cringe-generators.

Edit: Worth has no meaning if you're unique in everything. The only reason why we base worth for some individuals who have had good critique is because the critics have similar opinions and thus we assume that they're voicing our opinions.

What negative values?

Things I value as negative attributes. Instead of discussions that are decent by my standards, people would much rather discuss when to change the avatars to more christmas-y avatars. That is repugnant to me. It's very much like cold talk with coworkers, but it's on the internet where you can discuss almost anything.
