Opinions on the Ninjas

As was pointed out to me, this is the perfect place to share your feelings about the current Ninjas we have been using for the past 2 weeks on a trial period. So please: post here -- anonymously, if you'd like -- and let me and the other staff know what you think of the 3 Ninja Potentials.

Rocket and TBlocks have both shown their incompetence. Cant say much about Yutaka, havent noticed him doing anything.
Plus they both have undeniable bias. I think staff shouldnt have members of the 'same circlejerk'

I would be extremely surprised if you promoted any of them to Ninja permanently. Especially based on TBlocks' high shit factor, Rocket's incompetence, and Yuta's aforementioned slimy behavior.

He didn't actually break a rule that normal members follow (it was for bad conduct) but I agree.

They're all a part of a circle jerk which obviously does not suit well for someone with power because that leads to favoritism.

Plus one of them has already been reprimanded for conduct according to some comments in this thread so...yeah

I think they're all serviceable. Not like any of them are worse than Kiyo, and she didn't manage to burn this place down.
Blocks and Rocket have some minor personality ticks that would make them less desirable. Yutaka is under the radar most of the time which makes it hard to list his negatives.

Like Nuka said, Yutaka seems rather invisible most of the time. I'm not sure how much moderating I've actually seen him do... ever. Although he does do the podcast stuff, maybe he should just be whatever the new Monitor role is instead.

None of them have done anything like Kiyo did, so I guess that's a plus >.>

I really wouldn't mind if they all stayed aboard and got better with experience. I think the decision to let them stay or go should just happen already, it's dragging on long enough already.

Rocket and TBlocks both made mistakes right off the bat of getting their mod powers, Yu didn't.
Also, while I like all three as members, TBlocks is prone to bitchfits and Rocket threatened a member with a warning after insulting said member, hardly behavior worthy of moderators.

I've been keeping a close eye on Yu as well, waiting for him to slip up or anything, but I haven't noticed him slip up. At least, if he did, unlike the other two, it wasn't in plain view or on the mains. His worse feature is that he's not around as much, seemingly.

Rocket and TBlocks were good as Monitors, it suited them, but they don't work well with mod responsibilities from what they've shown over the last week.

TBlocks, for sure carries bias, plus a shit taste in music.
Rocketman, I know was warned for being untasteful.
Yutaka, seems like a cool person, but as many have stated, he seems to mostly lurk, so I dont 100% know what to think about him.
