short answer, click here

long answer:

from the home page, click "[More Stats]" below the info center

then click on the number of total members which will give you a list of all members

then click the word "posts" to sort the list of users by number of posts in descending order

from there, you can check everyone who has at least 14,777 posts

to check their time online, you pretty much just have to check each individual user manually
