So much action in them.Yep, that's why he suits Star Wars so well. He's talented and he just knows how to make a good movie, I thought the Star Trek films were brilliant (but un-Star Trekky)the star trek films just took all the life out of star trek... star trek is about exploration, finding a new way for life, the exciting prospects of venturing into the unknown. it's a really optimistic adventure around the galaxy. the star trek movies feel like terrible fanfiction. especially Into Darkness.

I don't see why people are complaining that the Imperial equipment and such is really shiny. The Entire was always pretty clean looking in comparison to everythjgn else, it's what distinguishes them from a universe filled with worn and grimy equipment.

The new Star Trek films are their own breed of shit.

However, the new Star Trek films are an insult to the old movies and TV show. It's like if they took Star Wars, and turned the series into "The Housewives of Coruscant".

The way they favour action and drama to exploration and discovery.
All of the rumors I have read have proven true. I remember reading one about someone who salvaged Vader's helmet, and that the desert planet is not Tatooine, which Abrams confirmed today. It's called Jakku and has relics from the Galactic Civil War. Obviously something important is there to get the new Imperial Remnant's attention.

I always had hope with jew jew abrams.Probably because the first teaser showed a bunch of nothing and didn't get people hyped up. Not even seeing the Falcon doing loop-di-loops to the old Star Wars theme got me hyped. Now that we actually have a hint of what's going down, NOW I'm excited.
