note the pink is all nervestop jawwhere you see the splits is where they had to cut and move up and forward. It was filled in with cadaver bone but a splint is more common bottom jaw you can see 2 cuts here. the chunk missing at the bottom(its not all the way through on the model but is on me) where they separated my bottom jaw and pulled it forward. Also the one directly above the nerve of my bottom jaw where they shifted it a bit before and after before after

In the before picture it looks like I have a lot off excess skin (turkey neck) and absolutely no visible jawline. They essentially gave me a bigger and wider jaw so I don't have the excess skin(and neckbeard) and you can see my jaw from the side. It also had health benefits of course because the way my jaw sat so shallow in my face it was tearing ligaments in my face and fucking up the joint between my top and bottom jaw

But that sucks, and I'm glad it all went well. I'm still scared cuz they're cutting into my skull, but I guess it won't be too bad
