It was a cartoon pilot made in the early 2000's. It's generally well known now for it's fresh style that would have changed the way cartoons were back then, but it was never released for reasons that are not definite. it never got past it's initial pilot. One of the rumored reasons is that a scene in the pilot where an airship squeezes between two towers was too reminiscent of the still recent 9/11 attacks. The pilot was centered around a girl and her dad fighting the father's evil twin brother. Anyone remember what it was called?

It wasn't Johnny Quest. I know that for a fact. It was set in a futuristic environment with flying cars and things of the sort and had some humor to it
