This should probably be in Serious.I personally have no issues with using genetically modified foods, but there needs to be more research done and a strong legal basis has to be created so that it doesn't end up pushing third world countries into more poverty.

What is it that they're supposed to research, and how are they supposed to research it?If you're researching the average temperature of fire, then it'd be wise to measure the temperature of many fires, of various sizes, but what you shouldn't just say that they need to research it.Mainly risk assessment (health risks and consequences for non-modified foods) and research on what the introduction of GMO's would mean for the global market and development of third world countries.
