It works fine everyday, but about 7 hours ago after I installed Fallout 4, it has gone to hell. The Download for the DLC is literally taking forever, and it's only 5 GB. I can't even watch Youtube/Apps without it freezing every 2 minutes. Any solutions? I've reset it, but nothing, I have no idea what brought on this change. No one else is using Internet in the house. The download speed is at 0.09 for some reason.

are you don't have a cap? not even in the small print? my internet is advertised as (((uncapped))) but in the small print it dictates that those between the hours of 4pm and 11pm mustn't go over their usage threshold although i think recently this was limited to upload only

I'm with BT & have an Unlimited Service, so no cap.

Your getting throttled for the download, Comcast does this to me all the time.

Call up your isp and tell them you're switching and to cancel your service.

Do you have both a modem and a router? If so you have to reboot the router first and then the modem. Leave it off for 30 seconds before rebooting. This is part of what I do for my job.
